I'm 20, & I'm studying Mathematics at University, currently in my second year. I'm from the glorious country, namely Wales (No, it is NOT a part of England, it's its own country). I can speak both my native tongue (Welsh) and (quite obviously) English.
I am in no way a 'beauty guru', until the last few months of 2012 I feared eye shadow like it was the plague, or a dog (oh yeah, I'm scared of dogs, despite the fact I love them.. weird I know) and I still have no idea how to apply concealer decently. I'm a pretty normal girl, no incredible talents (I do sing, but I don't know how much of a 'talent' it is!). I enjoy make up, nail art, reading, partying (too much) and moaning, what you could expect from a British twentysomething.
Talking, ranting, raving etc about products I like is a regular occurrence for me, and so I decided instead of boring the pants off my male friends about the new OPI nail polish I've purchased or the fact that my new bronzer is bloody awful, I'd blog about it. Because I think anyone else would be more interested in my insistent ramblings than the poor men who've had to listen to me ramble (sorry boys!).This blog will contain anything I fancy writing about, whether it be beauty reviews, hauls, raves & rants, things I love, or whatever is happening in my pretty distractable brain that day.
Just for the sakes of the beauty-related posts;
- I have oily combination skin, and I do get dry patches, which are nearly always on my cheeks or around my nose.
- My skin is light to medium, & I always think it's darker than it actually is, so excuse any orange faces, I'm learning! I'm pretty sure my skin has quite a yellow undertone but back to the 'I'm not a beauty guru' statement, I have no idea!
- My hair is pretty long, is naturally dark blonde but is dyed a pretty dark brown. It's naturally wavy & has started to get frizzy (sea air I'm guessing)
